Cancellation Policy
All enrolment applications must be completed through our website and all fees are due at the time of registration.
The following applies when you cancel your enrolment:
Titirangi Potters charges a 10% cancellation fee for all cancellations up to two weeks prior to the course starting.
A 50% refund is applicable if you cancel within two weeks prior to the start of the course but before 5 days prior to the start of the course.
No refund if you cancel within 5 days prior to the start of the course.
No refund or make-up classes are offered if you are unable to attend a class due to illness or for personal reasons.
A full refund will be given when Titirangi Potters have to cancel a class/course when a minimum of enrolments is not met for reasons outside of our control.
The tuition fee is non transferable.
Titirangi Potters reserves the right to amend the terms stated at any time.
When a tutor is sick or unable to attend a class, Titirangi Potters reserve the right to provide a suitable relief tutor in their place.
Images and or filming of students in class and their work may be used for promotional use on Titirangi Potters web page or social media pages. By enrolling you are allowing permission to use your imagery. You may advise your tutor/s if you do not wish to have your images used and you may request at any time to have an image removed.
